While the coronavirus (COVID-19) is spreading worldwide, we would like to inform you how we at 4ALLPORTAL are dealing with the current situation and what effects it is having on our operations.
During this tumultous time, the health of our customers, partners and employees is our main concern.
We at 4ALLPORTAL have taken measures to ensure the operation both at our site and while also ensuring the continual usage of 4ALLPORTAL at yours. Following is a summary of our measures.
- We have cancelled all non-essential business trips until at least the end of April for all our employees, regardless of their place of residence. The reception of customers and partners at our premises will be postponed as far as possible or shifted to alternative possibilities (e.g. web meetings).
- Our team was already largely mobilised last year and equipped for work for work outside the office. All employees of the 4ALLPORTAL will work from the home office from March 19 until April 3. The accessibility of your contacts will not be limited by this.
- This is a snapshot of the current situation. If the crisis comes to a head and the 4ALLPORTAL team has to manage longer outages, we will consider further measures.
